Do you ever feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself while trying to hold everything together; your relationships, your family, your responsibilities? Maybe you’ve been showing up for everyone else, but deep down, you feel disconnected from joy, purpose, or intimacy. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. As a parent caring for a loved one with a disability, I understand how easy it can be to lose yourself in keeping the boat afloat. That experience has shaped the heart of my work: helping people rediscover their sense of self, rebuild connection, and find joy again, right in the middle of real life.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and make sense of your story. My approach is relational and humanistic, grounded in Gestalt, Person-Centered, EFT, Gottman and Systems Theory. I believe healing happens when we grow in awareness of how we think, feel, and connect, and begin to show up with more authenticity and compassion for ourselves and others.

I’m passionate about supporting folks navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I especially love working with couples and families as they navigate the complex dynamics of parenting, including neurodivergence and caregiving.
