Arabella Andros, LMFTA
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Washington
Hello,
My name is Arabella, I’m so glad you’re here and taking this first step toward finding the right counselor. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but it’s also one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself. Life comes with so many changes and challenges, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’d love to walk alongside you as we explore what balance, connection, and fulfillment can look like for you.
Whether you're navigating a major life transition, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or simply sensing that something needs to shift, you've already taken an important step by being here. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. Therapy is often less about "fixing" something broken and more about reconnecting with yourself and the people who matter most to you.
My approach is grounded in collaboration and empathy, creating a space where you feel truly heard, respected, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and have a particular passion for supporting those navigating relationship challenges or adjusting to life after divorce, especially when co-parenting is involved. I also offer premarital counseling to help couples build a strong foundation for the future.
Some of Arabella’s clinical interests are:
Marital and premarital counseling
Neurodivergent couples

Therapeutic Approach
I believe we are all shaped by the relationships and systems around us, our families, our histories, the roles we've learned to play, and the stories we carry about who we are and what we deserve. That's why I take a holistic, relational approach to therapy. Rather than looking at struggles in isolation, we'll explore the full picture of your life, what's working, what isn't, and where there's room to grow.
I draw on a range of evidence-based, relationally grounded approaches, including Attachment-Based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, Narrative, Lifespan Integration, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Strength-Based and Trauma-Focused frameworks. This integrative approach allows me to meet you where you are and tailor our work to what will be most meaningful and effective for you.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I view challenges through a relational lens, because even deeply personal struggles are often rooted in the patterns we've developed with others. My goal is to help you feel genuinely seen and supported, while empowering you to draw on your own strengths to create the change you're looking for.
In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, practical space where we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore the emotions underneath conflict or disconnection, and build concrete tools you can use beyond the therapy room. Whether we're working on communication, trust, boundaries, or simply helping you get clearer on who you want to be, I'll be right there with you.
