Who We Are. What We do. What We Stand for.
We are a group practice providing therapy for adults, couples, teens, and families. We believe in putting our whole hearts into our work.
Mind | Heart Therapy was born from a dream of creating a community of therapists where we can collaborate and create an environment of healing, with consistent, evidence-based therapy.
Our therapists believe in delivering consistent high quality Individual therapy to help adults and teens heal from trauma, anxiety, abuse, and depression.
For those struggling with substance use and addictions, our addiction recovery specialist offers hope that change and recovery are not only possible but obtainable.
Marriage counseling helps couples rebuild connect and rediscover the love that brought them together in the first place. We believe that with the right tools and guidance, couples can move from reactive patterns that create distance to intentional communication that strengthens their bond. Our marriage therapists use evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method, Imago Therapy, and PACT to help couples understand not just what they're fighting about, but why these conflicts trigger such intense emotions.
We believe that when couples learn to recognize their underlying attachment needs and develop skills for co-regulation, they can transform their relationship into a source of strength and support rather than stress and conflict.
Families are unique, they come in many different forms, with different personalities. This can come with challenging needs and dynamics. Our family therapists can help with changing challenging dynamics and restructure families to function differently. Families needing help will find support through our family therapy services.
